Testing and Inspection FAQs

JMH Services provide equipment testing, inspections, and certification services across Ireland. Our highly qualified engineers will ensure your machinery and equipment meet safety standards.

GA1 testing is a comprehensive inspection of work platforms and lifting equipment.  It is a legal requirement under the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work Regulations of 2007 and is conducted to ensure that these machines are fit for purpose, properly maintained, and comply with safety regulations.  By identifying and rectifying potential hazards, GA1 testing helps prevent accidents, injuries, and even fatalities. Compliance with GA1 testing also demonstrates a commitment to workplace safety and regulatory compliance.

Depending on the type of equipment, this could range from 3 months to 2 years.  Please contact us to discuss your individual needs.
