If your organisation works with plant machinery lifting equipment and PPE, you have a responsibility to provide a safe working environment for your employees and others at your work site. This responsibility is also a legal requirement under Irish law and requires plant machinery and lifting equipment to undergo regular inspections and testing to achieve certification for continued use. JMH Services inspects, tests and certifies plant machinery and lifting equipment according to:

• HSA Regulations Southern Ireland
• LOLER & PUWER Regulations UK and Northern Ireland
• GA1 – Form GA1 – Report of Thorough Examination under the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work (General Application) Regulations 2007
• GA3 – Form GA3 – Inspection of Work Equipment for Working at Height under the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work (General Application) Regulations 2007

Certification demonstrates compliance with The Safety, Health and Welfare at Work Regulations of 2007. We can also provide a GA1 form to certify to the standard of Northern Ireland’s Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations 1998 (LOLER) and Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations 1998 (PUWER). Inspection results and certification is uploaded to our online portal and can be retrieved using a unique ID number at any time. Renewal dates for the next inspection are also held on the online portal to ensure clients are aware of their next inspection date.
